Nikky Dominican Spa Hair Salon Reviews

I took my daughter for her first time at the salon hoping it would be a nice memorable experience for us. Unfortunately, Nikki isn't the most friendly and didn't really make any effort to be for my daughter's sake (7 by the way). I also gave notice that my daughter is tender headed and this would be her first time. However, when my daughter did start to cry she told her I would have to wait outside if she continued, which I absolutely was not. The hairstyle itself came out fine, but can be done at any Dominican salon. It's unfortunate given this is the closest Dominican salon, however, I'm willing to take a drive for better service. P.S. My daughter doesn't want to go to a salon ever again 🙃

This was our 1st time visiting Ms Nikkys shop.My daughter and I got was blow dry n straightened...Ms Nikky got us in and out. My daughter has a lot of hair n is tender headed and Ms Nikky was very patient with her I appreciate that being she's also recovering from a head injury. The shampoo guy too was amazing when I say I needed a cigarette after that scrub (n I don't even smoke) lol My overall experience was fantastic we'll definitely be back and Ms Nikky let my daughter pet her dog that made my daughter day she loves pets. Thank you Ms Nikky for outstanding service and being patient with my daughter.

Terrible service and communication. Randomly upped prices without notifying reoccurring customers. When I tried to say I didn’t pay the same price before she tried to lie and say I haven’t come in five years. When I typed my number in and she seen my transactions, seeing my last visit was March when I was home from college, she replied, “upped prices because everything so expensive.” Why wouldn’t you make that clear when a customer first comes in and why would you try to lie. Terrible customer service, terrible management, terrible communication. I see why it’s not a lot of customers everytime I fizz

I loved my hair!!!! Nikky trimmed (bang trim too) and curled my hair. She didn’t fry my hair off and I was in and out with 2 people ahead of me. The collage is what Nikky did and after was my curls after my wash at home. As a natural girly I was recommended her as I experienced no heat damage. And I think she’s a nice person but just doesn’t speak English well so people take that as her being rude she is not. Def come for yourself and ask questions!

I went in just to ask questions and see if I was interested. Nikki was so polite and offered to do my hair right there. I was nervous at first because I am not usually comfortable with someone new doing my hair but I loved how calm and professional she was. I AM IN LOVE WITH MY HAIR!!!!!! The man who washed my hair did a wonderful job and Nikki did a phenomenal job on my hair. She asked questions to see what I like and didn't like. The price was very affordable, she was fast in doing my hair. I was out in 45 minutes... and I have thick hair that was longer than what I thought it was because I always pull my hair up for work. Nikki, you have new customer with me! Thank you for making me look alive and feel good about myself again! I will definitely be coming again!!!!
